Aims in the Constitution
The aims laid down in the Constitution of MSA are:

To promote friendship, brotherhood and the sense of belonging among its Members;

To promote friendly relations between Muslims and non-Muslims;

To arrange and hold congregational prayers and Islamic religious festivals at appropriate times;

To promote and facilitate the proper understanding of Islam;

To promote the welfare of its Members;

To represent the Members in such matters as affect their interests; and

To promote the relationship of the Association with the HKUSU and its sub-organizations
